Through our life experiences, individuals can develop habits and patterns of thinking that make it difficult to overcome obstacles and feel like their true selves. This can create disconnection and confusion that develops unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Yuliya views therapy as a journey for individuals to reconnect with their mind and body to understand who they are, what they are feeling and thinking, and how it is impacting their functioning. It is an opportunity to explore what is true and essential for you. Therapy can be difficult to begin and journey through; Yuliya’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients. She aims to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship to help clients progress through their healing.
