Sierra Waller, Counseling Intern, believes the human experience will inevitably include periods of joy, grief, challenges, changes, discomfort, and uncertainty. As a Chicago couples therapist, she is dedicated to creating a collaborative partnership in which you feel empowered to explore difficult emotions, develop interpersonal relationships, and employ mindful self-care practices. 

Therapy can be an invaluable tool to help individuals and couples navigate their lives successfully. Sierra will continually work to help you identify your values to create meaningful action toward your goals. 

Sierra is currently pursuing a Masters degree at Roosevelt University. Originally from Colorado, she spends her free time cooking, listening to music, and exploring different neighborhoods in Chicago.
